SHIPENTEGRA CUSTOMER EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

As the Data Controller, Shipentegra Lojistik A.Ş. processes certain personal data based on your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the relevant communiqué, within the scope of the Information Text prepared for managing marketing, integration, support, and analysis processes.

Data Requiring Consent and Their Purposes

During membership to Shipentegra, integration setup, support requests, in-system analyses, and campaign communication processes, the following data may be processed only in areas where explicit consent is given:

• Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, email, phone, address
• Customer Transaction Data: Order, invoice, and cargo tracking information
• Marketing Data: Preferences, behavior data obtained via cookies, campaign subscription information
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, system access logs
• Visual-Audio Records: Call center voice recordings, screen captures

These data may be used for sending you marketing, campaign, and informational messages via SMS, email, and/or phone, as well as for product/service development and interaction analyses.

Transfer of Data Abroad

With your explicit consent, the above data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK to our cloud/integration providers (e.g., HubSpot, AWS, Azure, etc.) to enhance system performance and maintain integration services. In this transfer:

• Necessary technical and administrative security measures are implemented
• The receiving companies comply with international data protection standards (e.g., GDPR)
• The data is used solely for defined purposes and is not transferred to third parties

Right to Withdraw Consent

For each data processing activity to which you have consented, you may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without providing any reason, via your account settings on the Site, by sending an email to [email protected], or by calling our call center.

Upon withdrawal of consent, the relevant data processing for marketing, campaign, or integration purposes will be terminated.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the basic functionalities of the Site or Platform, however:

• You will be unsubscribed from communication channels such as marketing, campaign, and advertising
• Your data analysis and integration processes will continue through alternative means
