Logistics insurance covers losses, damages and deficiencies (such as missing products in the package) that may occur while packages are in transit.
We typically insure items such as jewelry, textiles, home furnishings, personalized items, individual shipments and more, but you should make sure to read the terms and conditions before insuring your shipments.
ShipEntegra Logistics Insurance coverage is valid for Eco shipments to the United States.
Shipments must be packaged to withstand any disruptions that may occur during transit and must meet the packaging standards of the primary carrier (or be well packaged to minimize damage).
Claims can be easily made from the ShipEntegra panel. Damaged products and their packaging must be kept until the claim and compensation process is completed. Payments approved for compensation are reflected in your ShipEntegra balance.
After the final delivery, a period of up to 15 days is granted for the detection of losses and damages. You must report your damaged or lost situation within a maximum of 15 days after the final delivery.
You can submit a compensation request in as little as 5 minutes from the ''Support Requests'' section on the ShipEntegra panel. After receiving the supporting details, insurance payment is made and the compensation process is completed, usually within 7-10 business days.
