How Long Will My Package Be Processed?

On average, your products are processed within one (1) business day, except during peak seasons, after they arrive at our Shipentegra Fulfillment center and are checked.

Does your operation continue on weekends?

Yes. Our ShipEntegra Fulfillment Centers also accept packages on Saturday. Our working hours on Saturday are between 09.00-14.00.

Do You Have a Minimum Storage Limit?

No, our customers can store as much inventory as they prefer in our ShipEntegra warehouse. We do not have a minimum or maximum storage limit.

What Are Your Security Measures in Your Warehouses?

Our warehouse has security cameras, authorized personnel card entry, fire extinguishing, pest control and 24/7 alarm monitoring.

What Happens If My Product Is Damaged?

If any of your goods arrive at our facility damaged, we photograph the product(s) and relevant packaging and notify you immediately.
